Free #CovidColoring Printable: Humpty Dumpty

One of the things I most love to do with the kiddos I work with is nursery rhyme flannelboard time. I’ve been really missing those kiddos during this period of Stay-At-Home directives and social distancing, so I have decided to create free printables for all of the nursery rhymes we regularly do together. That way, folks can print these off, color, cut, and if you have some random felt bits around the house, adhere just a couple of tiny bits to the back and voila! Flannelboard at home! I’ll include a how-to video soon on that. But in the meantime, color away my friends!

Today’s printable is Humpty Dumpty, and is available to all. If you want to share, please link here or otherwise provide attribution if you’d be so kind. Click on the button below to go to a .PDF version for safe download.

UPDATE:

Since I don’t have access to an actual flannelboard right now, I threw a lightweight fleece blanket over a board. It did the trick just fine. I used sticky-back velcro dots (hooks not as great as the eyes, funnily enough––but both worked to an extent) on the colored pieces themselves to make them into flannelboard pieces. And then I made a video demonstration, although I am sure you already know this nursery rhyme!

Stay tuned in the days to come for my next printable nursery rhyme, which courtesy of one of the world’s cutest kids is going to be Baa Baa Black Sheep.
